  • Our TailGate Hemp Company sparkling waters contain Delta-9 THC and CBD that is derived from federally legal hemp and contain a Delta-9 THC concentration of less than 0.3%. All of our products have been third-party lab tested to ensure they’re in compliance… You can view the lab results of your specific beverage by scanning the QR code on the side and checking the corresponding batch number!

  • The goal of this small dose of THC + CBD together is to feel similar to a glass of wine or beer: light, buzzy and sociable without feeling out of control.

    Just like alcohol, effects will differ from person to person based on your unique tolerance.
