Howdy Cloudy Hazy Session IPA

Howdy! Thanks for drinking Howdy Cloudy - our collaboration with the good folks at Nashville Zoo!

Howdy Cloudy Hazy Session IPA is a New England style IPA with a lush aroma of tangerine and citrus fruits, a soft cloudy body, and lower ABV. We teamed up with our friends at Nashville Zoo to donate a portion of proceeds from this beer directly to their Clouded Leopard conservation program.

Arguably Nashville Zoo’s signature species, the clouded leopard, Neofelis nebulosa, is native to the tropical lowlands of Southeast Asia in countries such as Nepal and Bangladesh. This elusive tree-dwelling cat is listed as vulnerable to extinction due to deforestation, poaching, and the pet trade. Precise data on clouded leopard population numbers is not known, but researchers estimate there are around 10,000 clouded leopards in the wild. Through collaborative breeding programs, assisted reproduction, advanced veterinary care, and captive husbandry techniques, Nashville Zoo has become a leader in clouded leopard conservation and is an active participant in the Clouded Leopard Species Survival Plan® and the Clouded Leopard Consortium.
